Where are the clay workshops hosted?
We run our ceramics workshops on-site at our property in Mount Tom, except for our ceramic workshops in Bundaberg, held at The Kollective Bundaberg.
Will there be lots of people at the workshop?
We’re much happier running smaller workshops, where our clients have the freedom to create, regardless of their prior experience with clay. We want you to have a wonderful time creating, with the guidance and attention you deserve.
Do I need to bring anything?
You’re welcome to bring your own snacks – we offer a cup of tea on arrival.
Do we get to take our pieces home?
The clay creations you shape on the day need to go through some additional processes before they’re safe and sturdy for use. We will contact you once they’re ready for collection – it’s always such a joy to hold your finished piece!
What’s the difference between your workshops?
We offer several ceramic workshop experiences, from single sessions to multiple visits, small groups to one-on-one lessons. We outline these differences in our Workshops Guide which we invite you to download.
Is there a minimum age?
We welcome children age 6+ with your adult supervision. All attendees require a paid ticket, except for your new baby.
Can we book a private clay workshop?
We’d love to host your private event. From hens’ parties to Christmas events and everything in between, we’re thrilled that you’re wanting to play with clay. Please contact us to arrange a private booking.

Can I buy a gift voucher for your ceramic workshops?
Absolutely! Our eGift Cards can be used on our ceramic workshop bookings, as well as our store. If you want to book a specific workshop date, please book the workshop directly via our bookings system. We will send you a booklet you can print to 'give' your friend. But if you're unsure of a date, our vouchers are the best solution. We encourage you to check them out here.

Our Products
Do you make custom orders?
Yes! Whether you’ve seen a Wolf and Clay piece you’d like for yourself, or you’re after something unique, we are very happy to shape new pieces for your custom order. We make natural clay earrings, pendants, vases, mugs, tableware and more, for individuals and for businesses. Please reach out via our contact form with as much detail as you can provide.
What are your earring posts made from?
Our hook earrings are made with Sterling Silver findings and our studs use surgical steel posts. Wolf and Clay jewellery is suitable for most people to wear without issue, just like any jewellery found at a professional jeweller. Any pieces with gold-tone findings are gold-plated alloy. If you have reactions to plated jewellery, we’d recommend you select from our extensive silver/surgical steel ranges instead.
Are the accessories sturdy?
Wolf and Clay accessories are made from the same natural clay that a mug or plate is shaped from. While the firing and glazing processes add lustre and strength, they are still fragile pieces. You should treat them with the care you would your dinnerware.

Can I wear your jewellery in the water?
It’s best to remove your jewellery before swimming, showering, or entering a sauna. The temperatures and conditions can impact the longevity of your pieces. You’re less likely to lose or accidentally cause damage your jewellery if you set them aside intentionally before entering water.

Do you offer Gift Vouchers?
Yes, we offer eGift Cards that can be printed at home or sent directly to the recipient. Choose your own amount for straightforward gifting. eGift Cards can be used across our store and ceramic workshop bookings. Please check them out via the Gift Card Tab.

I’ve seen something but it’s out of stock. When will it be back?
Please reach out via our contact form and we’ll let you know when we will next have your item available. Better yet, we can custom make it especially for you.
I’ve seen something on your Wolf and Clay Instagram, but I can’t find it on your website. Can you remake certain pieces?

Where do you ship?
We ship both internationally and within Australia. For free shipping, spend $100 (Australia) or $150 (worldwide).
