Pre-orders vs Ready to ship
The product description of every mug says either "Ready-made" or "Pre-order."
Our pre-order mugs are made to order and can be purchased at any time. It takes us around 4 weeks to handmake your custom order.
"Ready-made" mugs have unique glazing so they are one-off pieces. If you you see a "Ready-made" mug that has sold out, we can make you a similar one via custom order (reach us here).
If you are looking for in-stock items only, feel free to head to our in-stock page. It's not always perfectly up-to-date, but it is a great place to start if you're looking for something we can send quickly.
