By pre-ordering, you agree to purchase an item in the likeness of the advertised product (approximate size, colour, style, shape). But you acknowledge that each item is uniquely made and there may be some slight variations between each individual item. For example, the placement of a stamp, glaze drips, or exact dimensions may vary. Pre-orders take around 4 weeks to manufacture.

All mugs are handmade, meaning there will be some variation in size. Even if we make them identical, the firing process can impact the exact dimensions of the finished product.

We use quality materials to ensure sustainable and lasting products.

• Our products are made from natural ceramic and porcelain clay, fired, and glazed with various applications. The result is ceramic homewares, sturdy and durable.

Our products have been creatively handmade in Mount Tom by our clay artist Johanna.

Just like your home dinnerware, all our ceramic and porcelain products must be handled with care. Because of the gold lustre, these mugs must not be microwaved.

 Most of our products are made-to-order, meaning they have a 4-6 week fabrication timeline.

Clay takes time to shape and dry - without proper process, it will explode in the kiln! Every piece is fired at least twice before it's completely ready for your enjoyment.

All orders will be shipped in one package.
