Straightforward shipping in Australia: $15 for orders under $100; free shipping for orders over $100. Now also shipping to NZ for $25, flat rate.

Unless otherwise stated, all products are handmade to order. Earrings take around 2 weeks, while mugs take 4-5 weeks.  We ship all items in 1 delivery.

If on the base of a mug: Up to 5 words or dates, stamped into the mug.
 
If on the side of the mug: Up to 8 words or dates across 3 lines, stamped into the mug then lined in gold, added to the outside of the mug on the opposite side to the design. 
 
Near the mug stamp: Initials only, placed near the design. Johanna will choose the most suitable location - initials may be placed above, below, or to either side of the stamp. 
 
Must be purchased with a mug from our regular made-to-order range.
