This handcrafted ceramic hug mug features your pet’s real paw print, beautifully lined with 22K gold, and personalised with their name. The paw print is attached to the front of the mug as a bespoke tile, making each piece truly one-of-a-kind.
Finished mug is approximately 9x9cm, +/- 1cm.
Here’s how it works:
Once you place your order, we send you 2 raw clay squares for 1 pet. This ensures you have a 'test tile' and a 'good copy' tile.
Press your pet’s paw into each tile and return them in the original packaging (return postage cost approx. $11.15 paid by you at the post office).
Back in the studio, Johanna will carefully select the best impression and transform it into your final keepsake, by adding your pet's name and attaching it to the mug. The print will be filled with gold. Please note: the second impression will not be kept or sent back to you.
Your finished mug will be posted back to you, ready to enjoy.

Personalised Paw Print Mug
Paw print impressions must be taken on the day your package arrives, or the following day at the latest. The clay is intentionally supplied in a soft, workable state and will become unusable if left to dry before impressions are made.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

It is your responsibility to complete the paw impressions within the required timeframe.

Delay that results in the clay drying out and becoming unusable is considered misuse of the product.

Misuse is not considered a fault under Australian Consumer Law, and in this situation the cost of replacement clay, postage and processing will not be refunded or covered by Wolf and Clay.
This does not replace or override your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If the product arrives damaged, faulty or unusable due to our handling or delivery issues, please contact us promptly so we can resolve it for you.
