Custom Design Stamped Mug
Turn your favourite photo into a keepsake you can hold. Our Custom Design Stamped Mug transforms a meaningful image into a custom hand-drawn illustration, impressed into your mug. You don't need a design of your own, our designer will turn your image into an illustration for your mug. Upgrades include mug handles, and 22K gold details.
Simply send us the picture and we'll turn it into a custom line-drawn illustration, which will become the personalised mug design. You'll even get a PDF copy of that illustration - feel free to print it and frame it at home!

PRICING
Baseline pricing reflects 1 hug mug ordered in all white, with 1 person or animal in the design. Upgrades include:
- $15 per extra person/figure in the illustration (so 2 figures total adds $15, 3 figures total adds $30)
- $10 for a handle.
- $10 for gold-line details filling in the stamp impression
The stamp cost only applies once, so ordering more than 1 mug means the additional mugs work out cheaper.
Turn-around time is approximately 6-8 weeks.
Handmade to order, these personalised mugs are:
- Ceramic, so they won’t leach harmful plastic toxins as you drink.
- Made in QLD, Australia.
- Completely customisable – add as many family members as can fit.
- Available with or without a handle.
- Optional add-on: add a message/date in 22k gold.
Mug price reflects a hug mug with 1 figure and no message added. Variations change the cost - choose all the filters you need and the price will change accordingly.
Note: illustrations will generally be from the torso and up (for humans), as legs and feet don't fit well on the design, in a minimalist style. The photo provided must have all individuals in it - we can't create this look from 2 separate images.
Because we’re working with clay, your personalised mug will be ready to ship approx. 6-8 weeks after ordering. Clay requires drying time and multiple firings which can’t be rushed. We encourage you to order your mug in advance, as we can’t speed up production.
Our personalised mugs are custom, made-to-order items. They require 4-6 weeks production time.
Due to the personalised nature of the product, change of mind returns and refunds are not applicable. If your product arrives faulty, please reach out immediately with photos and we will work with you.
